PRIVACY NOTICE · UPDATED NOVEMBER 2, 2026
Your privacy.
Your choices.
Know what you share, who can see it, and how to manage the information you keep here.
Private-beta notice. Launch retention procedures and applicable disclosures still require completion and review before a full public member launch.
Who operates Sugar Intentions
Sugar Intentions is operated by Cinder Coast Digital LLC.
Principal address: 1209 Mountain Road Pl Ne, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, US.
For privacy and support, email support@sugarintentions.com. You can also use the public removal-request form for image, copyright, impersonation and appeal requests without an account.
Removal and rights requests
You can send an image-removal, copyright, impersonation or appeal request without an account. We store the contact name/email, content locations, description, relationship to the request, declarations, signature, receipt time and review outcome privately for handling the request. Requests are not public. Authorized reviewers can access them. Do not attach intimate images or identity documents.
Confirmed image removals retain restricted content fingerprints and removal records to block known copies and re-uploads. Those fingerprints are not face recognition. Removing a dating account does not automatically erase a separate complaint or its retained evidence. Retention, legal-hold and privacy-request procedures still require launch review. Request a removal.
What you share
Creating an account provides your email, password, joining gender and adult and conduct acknowledgements. Passwords are stored as hashes. Your profile can include your display name, birthdate, home city, optional neighbourhood, occupation, introduction, interests, relationship intentions and photos. Birthdate is used to calculate your age.
We also keep saved profiles, blocks, messages and their delivery and read records, reports, profile review decisions, account changes, notification preferences and membership activity. Policy records include the accepted version, document fingerprint, purpose and server time. Your account download links matching records to the archived text and acknowledgements for that version. Request information, including the network address available to the server or trusted proxy, is used for access and abuse controls.
We record successful password sign-ins, a login count and your last recorded app activity. Visits and recent interaction on a visible, signed-in member page can update activity time. Background notification and message polling do not extend it. Hiding your public activity does not remove these private account records.
Who can see it
Published profiles are available to eligible, approved, signed-in members under the discovery and blocking rules. Other members see your age, not your birthdate or account email. A profile edit awaiting review does not replace an already published version. Public campaign imagery does not display member profiles.
When activity sharing is enabled, eligible members can see broad recent-activity labels, filter by those ranges and receive recommendations that use activity. Switch sharing off under Settings → Activity & discretion to remove these activity signals. Your exact sign-in and activity timestamps are not shared with other members. A recent-activity label does not guarantee that someone is currently online or available to reply.
Conversation participants can access messages when their current account and membership allow it. Women have complimentary messaging; men need membership to read incoming messages and send. Administrators can access account details, reports, captured evidence and held messages through the review tools. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted; database operators can access stored content. Reporting can preserve relevant profile and conversation evidence for administrator review.
Message text passes through limited automated screening before delivery. A flagged message is held for review and is not delivered to the other member unless released. These checks can miss unsafe content or flag ordinary discussion; they do not establish that a member is safe or that a conversation is lawful.
Location and discovery
You choose a city from the location directory. We do not request GPS or a street address. Your city and optional neighbourhood appear on your profile. Distance filters use city centres and displayed distances are approximate; they do not indicate where someone is right now. Recommended results prioritise nearby cities, then shared interests and relationship intentions. You can choose a different sort or search another city or country.
Cookies & drafts
A first-party sign-in cookie keeps your session authenticated. It is unavailable to page scripts. Signing out revokes that session; Settings lets you revoke other signed-in sessions.
Unsent message drafts are kept as plain text in your browser’s session storage, separately for each account and conversation. They can survive a reload and are not sent until you choose Send. Signing out does not clear those drafts. Clear the composer or close the tab when using a shared device; browser session restoration can preserve tab data.
The current application does not include advertising or analytics tracking tools. Fonts and campaign images are served with the site. Any future tracking or service changes need a fresh review and an updated notice.
Email & service providers
The hosted service uses Cloudflare Workers and a private database for account and application data, private R2 storage for profile photos, and Cloudflare Images for photo processing. Account verification, recovery and email-change messages use Cloudflare Email Sending. Recipient addresses and email content are shared with Cloudflare when messages are sent. Support email is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to an operator-controlled Google mailbox. The local development preview uses a local email preview.
Message alerts are optional and off by default. When enabled, their emails use a generic notification rather than message text or another member’s profile. Delivery feedback and keyed address digests help honor bounces, complaints and opt-outs. No payment card is collected by the current app: membership billing is simulated only in local development, and live checkout remains unavailable until the payment provider is approved.
Your choices
In Settings you can edit account details, manage notification preferences and sessions, pause your profile, manage blocks, download your account data or delete your account. A pause hides your profile and stops messaging while keeping your account. Deletion is a separate, permanent action. Export respects your current access and does not unlock paid incoming messages.
Manage your accountSign in to use your account controls. Lost access? Recover your account.
Deletion & retained records
Account deletion removes your profile from discovery, revokes sessions and recovery links, removes your sent message bodies from ordinary conversations, and queues stored photos for file removal. Account-linked policy receipts and preferences are removed. Other people’s messages and structural conversation records can remain.
Deletion also removes your activity, sign-in records and activity sharing preference from the active store. Previous activity values used for consistent search results become eligible for cleanup after 20 minutes and are removed on a subsequent recorded activity update; this is not a scheduled deletion at exactly 20 minutes.
Reports, captured review evidence and security audit records may remain. A permanent deletion marker prevents a controlled restore from reinstating the account. Limited email-delivery metadata and keyed address digests remain to preserve delivery restrictions; these retained delivery records contain no raw email address or email content. Historical backups can still contain older data and require deletion reconciliation during restoration.
Automatic retention periods and backup expiration have not been finalized. Do not interpret account deletion as immediate erasure of every report, audit record or historical backup.
Development status
This notice describes the current development implementation. Before a full public member launch, Cinder Coast Digital LLC must complete provider and legal review, establish retention and privacy-request procedures, and complete applicable disclosures. This is not a finalized launch privacy policy.
